This is a standalone position so you must be happy with, and enjoy, having full ownership of the AP function, as you will do everything from the junior elements to the more senior duties.

Key duties and responsibilities for this accounts payable manager position include:
* Full ownership for all supplier invoices and credit notes
* Monitoring the central finance inboxes, ensuring all invoices are actioned on a timely manner, and revenue statements are forwarded to the relevant members of the team
* Raising purchase orders and ensuring approval in line with company policy
* Leading the invoice payments approvals process and liaising with various company departments
* Process Fund Invoices in different currencies onto Concur and Submit to Manager for approval
* Ensure that the fund splits are correct on the invoice and process any payments that might be relevant to the corporate side of the business
* Liaising with the fund administrators for relevant payments
* Key contact for liaising with administrators on processing payments and ensuring weekly payment run deadlines are met on a timely manner
* Review and reconciliation of invoice discrepancies
* Performing monthly reconciliations
* Assistance with managing the budget for the AP function
* Assisting the wider finance team with all audit and non-audit queries
* Completing relevant procedures with administrators for onboarding of new suppliers and relevant compliance
* Enhancing the accounts payable processes and controls to create a robust framework
* Ad-hoc project work as and when needed by senior management
Experience & Qualifications
* Experience of working in a fund/private equity environment is beneficial
* A minimum of 6-8 years of accounts payable experience
* Previous use of multiple ledgers
* Strong working experience of concur
* Experience of working in a timely and organised manner
* Experience of a standalone AP position

With an international footprint across multiple countries, you will be joining a diverse organisation that invests globally and is looking at opportunities and expansion all the time.
Reporting directly into the CFO you will be instrumental in the team and have full ownership for the accounts payable for the corporate and fund sides of the business.
This is an office-based role in London and requires you to be in with the team, 5 days per week.
Daily Rate/Salary
This exciting opportunity for a accounts payable manager will pay between £50-£65k, depending on your experience and background.
We are looking for someone to join the team as soon as possible and will be lining up interviews over the next couple of weeks.
