Job Description:
A well-established dealership in South Croydon is looking for a Service Advisor to join their aftersales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career with a reputable brand and be part of a dynamic team.
The Role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership, providing support and guidance throughout their service experience. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow
* Coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring timely and efficient service
* Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer queries and concerns
* Maintain accurate service records and documentation
* Liaise with the workshop team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
The Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Passionate about customer satisfaction and providing exceptional service
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
* Previous experience with Kerridge and in a main dealership is preferred but not essential
The Package:
Basic salary of £28,000 - £32,000 (+ £38,000 OTE)
Monday to Friday!
No weekend work, ensuring a good work-life balance
