Job Description:
Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a great company who is seeking an Administrator to join their accounts team based in Swindon.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring invoices are correctly processed
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Ensuring bank details for suppliers are verified and updated
* Monthly supplier payment runs
* Assist with Sales Ledger
* Maintain stationery supplies
* Monthly staff annual leave and absence Summary to MD
Personal Requirements:
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to stay calm under pressure
* Ability to follow instructions/procedures
* Good communication skills
* Good IT skills including Excel, Word and Outlook

Hours: Monday to Friday 0830-1700
Salary: £25,000 -£30,000 (depending on experience)
