Role: Lettings Administrator
Salary: Circa £25,000pa
Location: Sheffield
Contract: Permanent | Full time working Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm and alternate Saturdays 9:30am-1pm
Duties:
* Deal with office administration and incoming enquiries
* Respond to clients in a timely manner, offering excellent customer service
* Arrange property viewings
* Deal with tenant applicants whilst updating landlords accordingly
* Work collaboratively with the wider team, always striving for success
* Supporting with property viewings when required
What you will need to succeed:
* Experience working within lettings / property would be a distinct advantage but not essential
* Experience providing excellent customer service with great communication skills
* Strong organisation skills with a keen eye for detail
* IT skills including the use of Outlook, Word and internal databases
* Due to the occasional need to conduct property viewings access to a car would be desirable
