Intelligent Resource is working in partnership with a major Client in the UK. We are currently recruiting for Commercial Business Analyst to be Reading/Scotland based out.
Job Title= Commercial Business Analyst
Location = Reading/Scotland
Duration= 6 Months Initially
IR35 Status: Inside
Role:
* Contract analysis
* Conduct in-depth analysis of large IT contracts, change requests (CRs) and contract change notes (CCNs).
* Understand service quality and delivery by conducting stakeholder interviews.
* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and SLAs, flagging any discrepancies or potential risks such as duplicate service spend (e.g. quantifying additional work that client purchased from the base contract)
* Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to share information that will help to renegotiate contracts, whilst aligning to business objectives and regulatory requirements. Commercial and Procurement Contract Management team to provide access to initial analyses, contracts, CRs and CCNs.
* Stakeholder availability for end user interviews.
* Strategic direction for SIAM model to be provided by the Programme (eg. Internal, External or Hybrid).
