RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER
EAST OF BIRMINGHAM
£30K - £40k
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer that is looking to move away from a volume caseload working for a firm which offers excellent career prospects.
Applications are invited from technically strong qualified or non qualified Residential Conveyancers looking for an opportunity to utilise their technical skills and move their careers on in a supportive working environment. Salary is upwards of £30K and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.
An expanding, specialist property law department within an established regional law firm.
The successful Residential Conveyancer will join a, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity from start to finish. Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches.
