* Organise and schedule appointments
* Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
* Manage office supplies stock and place orders
* Support department heads and staff in daily administrative tasks
* Manage office budget and expenses
* Handle and coordinate active calendars
* Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office
* Create regular reports and update internal databases
Profile
A successful Office Manager should have:
* Proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role
* Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
* Familiarity with email scheduling tools, MS Office
* Hands-on experience with office machines
* Proficiency in English
* A degree in Business Administration or relative field
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
