Job Description:
Here at Fresh, due to continued growth we are looking to appoint a Project Administrator to join the business. The Project Administrator will play a crucial role within the Operations Team, providing support to the Head of Advisory and Mobilisation across our advisory and mobilisation services.
Fresh provides Advisory, Mobilisation and Operational Management services as a third-party managing agent for developers/investors/owners in the PBSA (Purpose Built Student Accommodation) and BTR (Build to Rent) and Co-living sectors.
This role will be responsible for coordinating various projects, ensuring efficient execution, and maintaining high standards of operational delivery. They will ensure that the schedule, budget and details of the project are well organised.
As Project Administrator you will liaise with various departments and stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed of any changes to the project plan. Additionally, you will organise reports, schedule meetings, and provide updates to Head of Advisory & Mobilisation and other internal team members.
The advisory and mobilisation services are often the first experience our clients will have of our business and therefore it is important that this role and team sets a positive tone for the entire relationship going forwards. It is important to establish trust, demonstrate professionalism and ensuring that the foundations are set for a smooth working relationship going forward.
About you:
The successful candidate must be able to display excellent communication skills with the ability to compile reports and present information accurately and logically. We are also looking to speak with Degree Level Education or significant and substantial experience in a relevant field or in a similar role. Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2) is also highly desirable. You must be able to drive and develop own work-streams with minimal supervision, taking the lead on projects with multiple stakeholders and have the ability to manage own time and balance competing priorities to ensure that projects and outcomes are delivered on time.
