Founded in 2011, our client are manufacturers of seating solutions tailored for various commercial settings. As a small company, they prioritise adaptability and versatility among their team, and due to ongoing growth, they’re looking for a dedicated and driven individual to join their small friendly team.
(CAD Designer) - Position Overview
* Use of CAD and related software to produce bespoke designs to me customer briefs.
* CNC programming using Alphacam.
* Accumark software for fabric patterns for Gerber laser cutter
* Cutting specifications for foams
* Sourcing fixtures and fittings for furniture assembly
* Space planning
* 3D renders
* Producing Bills of Materials
* Site visits/ templating
* Liaison with customers to obtain detailed project information to enable the manufacturing designs to be prepared and to monitor project progress.

* Solidworks & AutoCAD
* Excel

* Knowledge of furniture manufacturing
* Photoshop
* Adobe design suite
(CAD Designer) - Position Remuneration
* Monday to Friday position (37.5 hour working week)
* 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
* £25,000 to £33,000 (depending on skills and experience)
* Company pension
