Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Care Home Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our care home. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elderly care, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure our residents receive the best possible care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home.
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to all residents.
* Manage and support a team of care staff, ensuring they are motivated and well-trained.
* Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident.
* Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
* Foster a positive and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.
* Manage the home’s budget and resources effectively.
* Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders.
* Ensure the care home meets health and safety requirements.

* Previous experience in a similar role within a residential care setting.
* A relevant qualification in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 5 or equivalent).
