Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Corporate Hospitality Manager for a global brand based in Central London. This individual will manage a reception, office & meeting room space and all internal & external events for the company. The ideal candidate may have worked in a similar role in a creative, hospitality or corporate setting and have experience managing a team & internal and external events. This position will be 5 days on site and client facing. Key skills for this role include : Team Management, operating in a senior role reporting to C-Suite, Budget & Cost management, Credit Card & corporate account management, events and external stakeholder relationship management.

Duties may include ( but not limited to ) :

* Manage all internal & external events
* Ensure company meeting spaces & rooms are set up accordingly
* Manage a team of reception staff
* Managing events and office space
* Budget management for office supply’s & events
* Ensure highest standards of the office and events spaces at all times
* Ad hoc support across the business as needed
* Event set up & close down
* Managing all internal and external stakeholder relationship management.
* Be industry aware & knowledgeable at all times
* Ensure a 1st class service at all times.
