Job Description:
Morgan McKinley is working with a lovely company based in Reigate, Surrey who is looking for a Finance & Office Assistant to support the Finance Manager with invoicing, processing payments, expenses and supporting with month end, but also support the contracts team with admin support, handling customer queries etc. This is a great varied, accounting, finance and support role!
Salary: up to £32K
Location: Office based - Reigate, Mon-Fri 8.30-5.30
Finance & Office Support duties:
* Processing supplier invoices
* Supplier ledger, expenses and timesheets
* Payment runs
* Supporting the finance manager with month / year end
* Matching purchase orders
* Liaise with suppliers when ordering materials
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Monitoring and scheduling the engineers, loading the jobs onto the system
* Responding to customer emails and queries
Skills and experience:
* Experience of working in a similar Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Admin / Contracts support - Engineer scheduling type role
* Experience of Sage an MS Office
* Excellent communication skills both verbally or written
