Recruit UK are working on behalf of a well-regarded Independent Financial Planning firm in Cardiff, to find a talented Financial Planning Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team of Independent Financial Advisers and a paraplanner, where you will play a key role in ensuring seamless administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing incoming and outgoing post.
* Handling all incoming phone calls.
* Coordinating with providers and internal teams to obtain necessary information.
* Preparing valuations and assembling client packs for meetings.
* Addressing client and provider enquiries via phone and written correspondence.
* Keeping client records meticulously updated and organised within the back-office system.
* Ensuring all necessary documentation is properly filed.
* Adhering to compliance standards.
Benefits:
* Salary up to £26,000 (negotiable on experience)

Requirements:
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Previous experience within a wealth management/investment firm, or banking
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, in-house IFA systems, and provider websites.
* Exceptional organisational skills
* Able to prioritise and manage your workload effectively.
* Ability to work as a team member and also independently
* Professional telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Keen attention to detail and high accuracy in all tasks.
* Flexible and capable of managing your own time efficiently.
