Mobile Water Technician - Chelmsford, England - Facilities Management - £34,000 DOE plus fully expensed van
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a world-class facilities management Company based at their prestigious blue chip client sites in Chelmsford.
* Monday to Friday
* 8am to 5pm
* 40 hours a week
* Fully expensed Van
Role Responsibilities:
* Legionella maintenance PPMs
* Remedial cleaning, sampling, chemical testing, minor plumbing, and electro / mechanical tasks to meet clients’ requirements.
* maintain customers waterlog books and completing the necessary documentation
* conduct a variety of water samples from multiple sector properties and document these samples.
* Carry out water system cleaning and disinfection in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and company procedures.
* testing, servicing, and maintaining thermostatic mixing valves along with basic plumbing works where required.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Full UK Driving License
* experience in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment.
