About them: They take pride in developing lasting, professional relationships with their clients. Currently, they are actively seeking a full-time Financial Administrator to support their team. What They’re Looking For:
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in pensions and investments administration.
* Skills: Excellent communication, IT skills, research and analytical abilities.
* Attributes: Honest, trustworthy, self-motivated, and able to work well in a team.
Desirable qualifications, or a willingness to work towards:
* CII any Quals or RO papers, or LF papers.
* Experience with Intelligent Office system is a plus but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to enable business objectives.
* Develop relationships with providers and act as a point of reference.
* Maintain accurate client data in the firm’s preferred system.
* Collaborate with the Paraplanning team for seamless client work transitions.
* Adhere to compliance standards and encourage positivity within the office.
* Support colleagues with workload and training as needed.
* Prioritise tasks and ensure excellent client service.
* Continuously develop skills and complete relevant CPD.
What They Offer:
* Salary: £22-29K subject to experience, with study support also offered
* Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
* Benefits: 25 days holiday, private medical insurance, parking.
* Environment: Casual, relaxed, and social working atmosphere.
