Job Description:
CRM BUSINESS ANALYST
UP TO £70,000
HYBRID - CENTRAL LONDON - 2/3 days a week in the office
THE COMPANY
This bank specialises in providing world-renowned services for global fintech and lending solutions, and they serve over 10 million customers!
THE ROLE
As a CRM Business Analyst, you can expect to be involved in the following:
* Focusing on looking after the business roadmap
* Working out what needs to be done by looking at data models, business processes, and customer integrations
* Defining requirements for the team and supporting with implementations
* Drawing up processes and handling customer flows
* Working closely with Product, Salesforce, and Engineering teams
* Analysis gathering and supporting other platforms across the business
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Prior experience as a Business Analyst
* Willingness to join a dynamic team and business
* Experience in Financial Services/Banking is preferred but not necessary
* Salesforce experience is great but not a must have
