Location: South Wales
Start date: ASAP
Home-working: 2 or 3 days per week working from home
Length of Contract: 6 months on-going
Pay: Up to £20.00 per hour umbrella
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Your duties in this role would include:
* Assisting the Housing Officer to manage a patch of properties, handling estate inspections and visiting tenants in their homes
* Handling general administration in relation to tenancy packs, drafting notices and issuing arrears letters/emails
* Overseeing any ASB disputes, mediating between parties and reaching resolution
* Handling all aspects of lettings, viewings, sign-ups and property allocation
* Assisting clients to understand their tenancy, any breaches and enabling sustainment
* Signposting queries and attending group meetings in relation to letting of properties
* Liaising with income team if required as well as the maintenance team
You must have experience in housing management for this role and have a car
