Job Description:
RG Consultancy are working with an established and leading facilities management company who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their friendly and experienced team on a full time, permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity to join a multi-faceted company with projects across the UK.
The successful candidate will be supported by the Finance Manager and will be responsible for the following:
* Supplier statement reconciliation
* Credit card reconciliation
* High volume invoices
* Preparation of payment runs
* Credit control
* Sales ledger
* Month end support
