Internal Sales/Customer Service Coordinator Information 
Previous experience in a sales environment within a supply company.

Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels.

Ability to build proactive relationships with customers and team members.

Effective team player with the ability to work independently.

Competency in using computer systems, especially Word and Excel (training provided).

Excellent attention to detail and a flexible, proactive approach.

Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines.

Self-motivated and able to take initiative.

Desirable Experience, Qualifications, and Competencies:
Qualification and/or training in selling techniques and methods.

Previous experience in internal sales within the Oil and Gas Industry.

Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to all enquiries via email and telephone.

Process orders and ensure timely delivery.

Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.

Provide information about products and services.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges.

Maintain accurate customer records.

Collect customer information to recommend potential products or services.

Produce reports and documentation as per company and customer requirements.
