Professional Indemnity Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate - Birmingham (Hybrid Working)

We are collaborating with a top-tier insurance law firm who are seeking a 3-6 years PQE Professional Indemnity Solicitor to join their Birmingham-based team.

The Role:
As part of this high-profile team, you will engage in complex insurance litigation across all areas of professional indemnity work. Your responsibilities will include representing a diverse range of professionals, such as Accountants, Barristers, Brokers, Construction professionals, IFAs, Loss Adjusters, and Solicitors. You will also provide advisory services to insurers on policy coverage issues, working with clients both nationally and regionally.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience in handling professional indemnity claims.
* Strong litigation experience with up-to-date knowledge of pre-action and litigation procedures.
* Ideally, experience gained in private practice at a large regional or City law firm.
