We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong creative vision and the skills to bring that vision to life. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing, branding, and product teams to create compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity and business objectives. You will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high standards of quality and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and execution of a wide range of visual assets including digital, print, social media, and branding materials.
* Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all company platforms and communications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business goals.
* Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and professional growth.
* Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to ensure our designs are innovative and cutting-edge.
* Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar.
* Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
