Job Description:
Rents and Service Charge Accountant | £30,000 - £35,000 | Cheshire:
Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Housing Association in Cheshire who are looking to recruit a Rent and Service Charge Accountant their busy and growing team. The role is offered on a permanent basis, with hybrid working and a great benefits package.
Duties:
* Responsible for the service charge accounts and budgeting
* Monitoring service charge costs against budgets and investigating any variances
* Completing weekly reconciliations of service charge accounts and preparing balance sheet reconciliations
* Dealing with internal/external quires and complains
* Presenting and translating financial information to a varied audience
Experience:
* Experience working within the Housing Sector and ideally withing rents and service charge
* Able to pick up new processes and systems quickly and efficiently
* AAT qualified or experience to this level
