Salary: Up to £80,000
Location: Remote with ad-hoc travel around the UK

Role Overview:
The M&A Manager will play a critical role in driving our client’s growth strategy by managing the entire M&A process from sourcing potential deals to closing transactions. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in corporate M&A and FP&A, and a proven track record in handling deals ranging from $1 million to $20 million.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deal Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets in line with our client’s strategic goals.
* Due Diligence: Lead and coordinate comprehensive due diligence processes, ensuring thorough analysis and risk assessment.
* Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial modeling and valuation, utilizing FP&A expertise to assess the financial health and potential of target companies.
* Negotiation: Manage negotiations, structuring deals that align with our client’s business objectives and financial parameters.
* Integration Planning: Develop and implement integration plans to ensure smooth transitions and the realization of synergies post-acquisition.
* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, legal teams, financial advisors, and other relevant parties.
* Process Improvement: Continuously refine the M&A process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of corporate M&A experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage the end-to-end M&A process.
* Deal Size: Proven experience with deals in the range of $1 million to $20 million.
* Financial Acumen: Strong background in FP&A, with the ability to perform detailed financial analysis and modeling.
* Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
