We are working with a Leading National Care Home Group to recruit Registered Nurses to work in their care home in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. The Care Home Caters to ages 18 and over with Physical Disabilities and acquired brain injuries.
Hours: Permanent full time or part time, Days or Night shifts-8AM-8PM OR 8PM-8AM.
Registered Nurse Duties & Responsibilities:
* Observations
* Administering medication
* Reviewing and evaluating individual care plans.
* Providing clinical guidance to the care team and delivering best practice continually.
* Making sure policies and standards meet our high clinical standard and offering clinical guidance to the whole care team, being crucial in helping with all CQC tasks.
* Responsible for the well-being of residents and making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met
* Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals
* Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our residents
* Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies and legislation.
Who are we looking for?
* Registered Nurse (6 -12 months experience)
* NMC Pin (No restrictions or conditions on practice)
* Effective Communication skills
* Compassionate Nature
* Medical Ward Nurses will be considered
* Wound Care Experience
