Job Details
• Band 6 RMN with community experience to manage a defined caseload for older adults with dementia. Full JD is available upon request.
• Minimum 3 month contract with the option to extend.
• 4 days a week 07:30 to 17:30

Position Requirements
• Active NMC registration
• Previous clinical experience performing a similar role in the NHS.
• UK Drivers Licence
