Senior Software Engineer
£55,000-£65,000
Bournemouth Area - Twice a week in the office
I’m currently working with a well-established Ultrasonics firm in the Bournemouth area who are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their growing team. The company have been going for nearly 10 years and have developed cutting edge solutions within the Ultrasonics space that are built to support various industries such as Energy, Marine, Audio & Medical.
They are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can support the migration of their stack from Python across to C# & C++. This would be a big project which was recently started so having Python experience to understand the current state of play would be essential and then the necessary C#/C++ skills to then bring on the tech stack and develop new applications moving forward. Once the migration has finished there would be plenty of new projects to get involved in with Qt and GUI development.
The company are based in the Bournemouth area and require office working of twice a week.
Salary & Tech Requirements
* £55,000-£65,000.
* 2-3 years minimum commercial experience in development.
* Their Tech Stack: Python, C#, C++, Qt, GUI, Git.
* Additional skills in graphical UI would be beneficial.
* Good collaborative skills and happy in small-medium sized development team.
* Eager to continue upskilling in new technologies.
Benefits: 11% Pension, 25 days Holiday rising to 27, Private Medical, Income Protection.
