Senior HR Manager (HRBP)
Location: London
Department: People Team
Reports to: Head of People
Term: 12 month Maternity Leave cover to start in August

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior People Manager to deliver consistent, reliable, and customer-focused HR support, acting as a trusted advisor across dynamic client groups within the fast paced world of Media - in this role, no two days will be the same!

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as a Trusted Advisor for your client groups on Employee Relations, as well as partnering with other teams including Reward, People Development, HR operations and Talent Acquisition, to support on all HR Generalist matters
* Collaborate with the Head of People on complex Employee Relations cases, coaching the senior leadership for the client groups you support.
* Support and coach stakeholders on people management issues including confidential or highly sensitive people challenges
* Ensure timely and accurate resolution of HR issues, adhering to SLAs.
* Respond to complex queries confidentially and escalate as needed.
* Support global mobility for international assignments.
* Contribute to process improvement and standardisation.
* Participate in change management projects.
* Develop and monitor people policies and procedures.
* Build effective relationships with internal and external contacts.
* Identify and mitigate people risks.


Required Skills and Experience:

* Experience in a busy Creative, Tech or other fast paced environment
* Experience working with a large client group of over 300 employees and working in a complex matrix structure preferable
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Extensive ER experience including complex and highly sensitive cases
* Working in a mid-large sixed organisation
* Excellent customer service and proactive approach.
* CIPD qualified or equivalent professional experience
* Collaborative and motivated to improve service delivery.
* Preference: union experience
