Totum Partners is delighted to be working with a Legal Services firm currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join the Finance Team. 
The ideal Credit Controller will be responsible for the following:
* Establish strong working relationships with all Matter Supervisors and Billing Executives
* Hold regular monthly review meetings to ensure that focus is maintained on timely billing and debt collection
* Operate the Firm’s credit control system, phone and chase clients, send bill reminder
* Advise fee earners on progress in chasing outstanding debts
* Distribute a summary of overdue debts to the Revenue Control Manager
* Responsible for dealing efficiently and effectively with queries as they arise
The ideal Credit Controller will have:
* Experience working in a legal firm is essential
* Good communicator with high levels of interpersonal skills
* A good telephone manner when talking to clients, both internally and externally
* Organised and accurate with good attention to detail
