Description
* Administering the monthly payroll for the organisation’s staff.
* Managing pension contributions and liaising with pension providers.
* Ensuring compliance with tax laws and employment legislation.
* Providing information to staff about payroll and pension issues.
* Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for management.
* Processing leavers and starters, including issuing P45s and setting up new payroll records.
* Performing year-end procedures, such as producing P60s.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of payroll and pensions processes.
Profile
A successful Payroll and Pensions Coordinator should have:
* A strong understanding of payroll and pension administration.
* Experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit sector.
