Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for understanding and analysing user and business needs, mapping and articulating them into transformation objectives at a strategic level, working on multiple large and complex programmes and projects.
* Proactively sharing knowledge and being the go-to person for business analysis within the programme or project and managing the stakeholder relationships.
* Contribute to the business analyst community, setting standards and supporting junior team members
* Lead business analysis, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary product teams
* Champion strong business analysis skills and coach teams on agile delivery
