Support Worker: Homelessness
LOCATION:               Bath  
HOURS:                     30 – 4 days per week – flexible on the days
SALARY:                   £28,265

Our client, a leading social housing provider in the South-West, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Supported Housing Worker to join their team at a later stage homeless pathway service. Working collaboratively with external agencies and partners, this role plays a vital part in empowering residents to sustain their tenancy, fulfil their potential, and invest in their communities.
* Create a safe and welcoming environment, answering enquiries, and supporting service users.
* Enable vulnerable adults to manage risk, sustain their income, and access support services in the local community.
Preferred Requirements:
* Experience in supported housing and homeless pathway
* Ability to assess risk and needs, and develop support plans
* Skilful in multi-agency working and engaging with external support agencies and local authorities
* Passion for supporting vulnerable adults and empowering them to improve their life skills
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
* Certification in Health and Safety or relevant training
* Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
