Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and management for staff
* Ensure compliance with facilities management processes
* Ensure Health & Safety policies are adhered to and new Legislation is reviewed and implemented
* Coordinate maintenance teams and the service delivery of the building
* Maintain contractual compliance across the site
* Train and support the onsite team ensuring high standards of service delivery
* Co-ordinate, control and record staff activities
* Organise shift rota’s
