Job Description:
Churchill Howard are working in partnership with a large privately owned organisation near Solihull to recruit a Management Accountant on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Reporting to a Commercial Finance Manager, duties will include:
* Advising and supporting business unit management in the development of financial plans, and in the commercial, operational and financial delivery of strategic objectives.
* Supporting the business in taking financial decisions and being accountable for the outcomes through effective reporting and analysis.
* Business partnering and contributing to key decisions.
* Providing timely and robust financial information (management accounts, budgets, corporate plans and ad hoc analysis) to support decision making.
* Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes and controls.

To be Successful you will be:
* Ideally qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) but the client will accept a strong QBE commercial accountant.
* Experienced in supporting business change and supporting development of IT systems and management information.
* A strong communicator, able to build and maintain effective relationships with non-finance managers.
* A skilled planner and organiser.
* Commercially astute and able to link operational detail to strategic objectives.
