Job Description:
Duties
* Operate and maintain semi-automatic assembly equipment, ensuring all machinery and tools function efficiently.
* Assemble products both manually and using semi-automatic methods as needed.
* Supply components and restock materials for the assembly and packing processes.
* Participate in improvement teams, actively supporting initiatives aimed at reducing waste.
* Adhere to all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental, and COSHH regulations.
Requirements;
* Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume production setting.
* Familiarity with assembly systems is preferred.
* Proven ability to meet high standards of quality control.
* Willingness to adapt to new working practices and techniques.
* Strong ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Work Location: In person
