* Oversee and manage the development of new build and refurbishment projects
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
* Lead and manage the property department
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
* Develop and implement project strategies and plans
* Regularly report on project progress and outcomes
* Comply with all relevant regulations and standards
* Foster a positive and productive work environment within the department
Profile
A successful Development Manager should have:
* Chartered membership of RICS
* Proven experience in managing and delivering construction projects
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Strong understanding of construction regulations and standards
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
