Contract - IAM SailPoint Technical Lead - London/Remote- 6 months initial - Outside IR35 or Inside IR35
Gibbs Hybrid require an experienced IAM SailPoint Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in end-to-end design and technical delivery of IAM solutions, with a particular emphasis on SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN). This role requires an individual who is not only adept at handling SailPoint products but also has extensive integration knowledge and a proven track record of problem-solving.
The successful candidate will have comprehensive experience with mainframe technologies such as RACF, MQ, CICS, and DB2, and will ideally have a background in Java and Oracle. This role demands someone who can seamlessly integrate non-mainframe IDN solutions with mainframe technologies and effectively address and fill gaps in legacy technology documentation and knowledge.

* Experience in the UK banking/Financial services industry is preferable.
* Proven experience in end-to-end design and technical delivery of IAM solutions, ideally with a focus on SailPoint IDN.
* In-depth knowledge of mainframe technologies including RACF, MQ, CICS, and DB2.
* Experience with Java and Oracle is preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to integrate non-mainframe IDN solutions with mainframe technologies.
* Strong background in dealing with legacy technology, with a capability to fill gaps in documentation and current knowledge.
* Expertise in reverse engineering configuration and code when necessary.
* Ability to work effectively with global technical teams, gathering essential information for gap analysis.
* Strong integration knowledge and problem-solving abilities, with a hands-on approach to development and troubleshooting.
* Background in development, with the ability to engage in hands-on technical work while also working at a higher design and architecture level.
* Relevant certifications in IAM technologies, SailPoint, or related areas are highly desirable.
