Job Description:
This role is working with NHS Property Services to take responsibility for the review and identification of new buildings and space based on demand for tenants and space requirements. Open Space has over 250 properties and 1300 rooms, and this role will see you manage the property assets and booking process for these spaces.

Description
* Responsible for maintaining a schedule of properties/rooms to onboard onto Open Space, consisting of sessional space, vacant space and new opportunities, in line with approved business case targets.
* Complete the due diligence process on all potential rooms to be onboarded to Open Space, having regard for strategy, legal, customer demand, current onsite provision, cost gap analysis and financial viability considerations.
* Support the portfolio Partner in the creation, identification and delivery of Open Space into new space based on demand, support the development of new processes and procedures and implement with team and colleagues.
* Completion of site inspection checklists and bookings data migration template for property onboarding.
* Support onboarding preparations to ensure customers and website is prepared for launch. This includes managing customer business change management and data collection and validation to produce booking system property and room templates.
* Support the implementation/mobilisation of utilisation studies as required to include site visits, project planning, data management and reporting.
Profile
This role would suit someone keen to build a career in property asset management, agency, space utilisation, mobilisation and facilities management. They need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a real passion for managing and developing a property portfolio, and a desire to go the extra mile. You must have strong excel skills, knowledge of a property, space or facilities process, ideally with experience of letting or leasing property and the ability to learn quickly.
Job Offer
This role is offering hybrid working from the sites in Stockport or London, with only 1 day a week required in the office.
Salary level £40K - £45K + £3k car allowance and 10% bonus with other benefits.
