Job Description:
Role: Sales Delivery Executive
Reports to: Service Delivery Team Leader
Located: Weybridge, office based permanent role

The Role
Working within the Downstream Service Delivery Team, the Service Delivery Executive is the first line point of contact for large Commercial, Retail and Aviation customers and will coordinate with internal stakeholders as part of the supply chain process. Additionally, the key elements of this role are order processing, inbound and outbound telephone call handling, logistics routing, customer order management, and general administration.
Responsibiliti
* Managing the customer order process flow including.
o Receive and process customers’ orders.
o Issue product release orders to the appropriate terminals.
o Liaise with the inhouse logistics and external hauliers to determine the logistics schedule to meet customer requirements.
o Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
o Document and update customer records in the database.
o Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
o Ad hoc operational and admin tasks as required.
Knowledge & Experience
* An understanding or working knowledge of the bulk fuel supply business would be ideal.
* Experience managing and dispatching logistics resources, with ability to analyse, schedule and adapt routing with a focus on efficiency.
* Detail orientated, organised with a clear dedication to Customer service.
* Professional representation of the Company, and an excellent telephone manner.
* IT literate (Microsoft).
Personal Attributes
* Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently or collaboratively and cross functionally.
* Able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure; and following through to completion.
* Demonstrates good commercial understanding.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Additional Points
* Out of Hours cover (evenings and weekends) on rotation within the team will be a requirement.
