Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Procurement Impact: Understand and analyse user and business needs, translating them into transformation objectives with a laser focus on commercial analysis and procurement activities. Manage stakeholder relationships and be the go-to person for business analysis within programs or projects.
* Community Leadership: Contribute to the business analyst community, setting standards, and supporting junior team members.
* Agile Collaboration: Lead business analysis, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary product teams, especially in the context of procurement processes.
* Skills Coaching: Champion strong business analysis skills and coach teams on agile delivery, emphasising procurement best practices.
