We are seeking Qualified Management Accountants, or those who will qualify within the next 12 months. This role provides valuable exposure to business operations and finance business partnering, perfect for those looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities of this Management Accountant role will include:
* Partner the Finance Manager on various projects to achieve financial objectives.
* Collaborate closely with various business units and external stakeholders to provide financial insights and support.
* Oversee the weekly financial P&L, conduct revenue analysis, and handle monthly and year-end reporting. Consolidate this information into clear, concise reports.
* Compile comprehensive annual plans and present these to senior management team members.
* Produce accurate monthly balance sheets to support financial reporting.
* Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
* Review and improve existing processes to enhance decision-making capabilities.
The successful Management Accountant will require:
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to proactively identify opportunities to contribute to business growth and efficiency.
* A keen interest in understanding business operations and their financial implications.
* Outstanding problem-solving skills.
