Category Specialist 
Bicester
£26,053 plus Bonus £6000 Per Annum+ brilliant rewards and recognition scheme
????We are currently recruiting a talented and results driven Category Specialist to join our busy contact centre team. Working just Mon-Fri, with no weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
* To drive profitable sales growth by managing inbound and outbound contacts with our customers to promote Fresh Direct products and services within specific categories
* Add value to every customer contact, by proactively identifying, negotiating, and converting share of wallet opportunities
* Work collaboratively with the Category Team to fully utilise our product range and supplier base to realise opportunities
* Maintain a detailed knowledge of key suppliers and competitor strategies and activities
* Have expert knowledge of category range, recent trends, product availability and proactively support to reduce stock at risk
* Capture accurate information on system and supporting tools (SAP, CRM)
* Maintaining knowledge of category and product range and developments
What we are looking for;
* Outstanding phone-based selling skills (both cold calling and prospect development) with the ability to build rapport with ease
* Previous sales experience within foodservice or a real ’foodie’ who can relate to customers’ needs
* An ability to pro-actively manage a broad pipeline of work
* Excellent literacy and communication skills – phone and email
* Results orientated, successfully delivering against targets in a competitive marketplace
