Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team.
As an Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Your main responsibilities will include answering and directing telephone calls, greeting and assisting guests, organising post and couriers, and providing comprehensive assistance to the team when needed. You will also be responsible for data processing tasks such as managing the Photos Inbox, maintaining daily records via internal trackers, and completing data input and document checking.
