Job Description:
Due to expansion, our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their existing team. Working for this international firm you will have the chance to use your attention to detail and love for helping others, to work in a supportive and autonomous role.
As the Administrator, you will be supporting a few of the departments learning and working with others to support their clients. If you are the type of person who loves variety in a role, enjoy being proactive with your own workload and are looking for a position that would have you playing a vital role in a team, this position could be a good one for you to explore.
Working Monday to Friday, regular office hours with onsite parking and a stable team, you will be able to hit the ground running after receiving training and guidance.
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be well organised, proactive and be able to multitask, coupled with a varied workload in a busy customer-focused department

As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be:
• Supporting the Customer Service team
• Business support with administration
• Following up on enquiries and dealing with clients
• Dealing with incoming enquires and support clients
• Updating databases
• Providing support for the finance department
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will have:
• Experience of working in an office environment supporting customers and internal teams
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office packages
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
