Job Description:
My client is a global real estate development and investment headquartered in Hong Kong.
They are looking to appoint a well established accounts assistant to join one of their subsidiaries in the UK on a PART TIME basis.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience as an accounts assistant / bookkeeper in the real estate sector.
Previous use of Xero and Yardi are massive bonuses.
This candidate must have a real attention for detail.
Candidate must be happy with PART TIME!
Key responsibilities include:
* Accurate record keeping of financial transactions, invoices, and sales receipts.
* Using both Excel and in-house IT Systems as a ledger for all transaction
* Management of supplier database in line with internal money laundering procedure
* Chase up outstanding payments
* Create monthly reports of all suppliers due to be paid and liaise with external team
* Maintain a clear filing system for all invoices / purchases orders
Requirements and Skills
* Proficiency in commonly used general and accounting software packages, Data entry skills including spreadsheet and word processing software.
* General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) with maths, business studies and economics
* Ability to collaborate with others, but also independently when required.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent customer services skills
* Ability to maintain and improve business and client relationships.
* Excellent organisational and administration skills with good time management
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Experience of Yardi System (preferred but not essential)
