Previous experience is not necessary for this role, we are happy to take articulate and driven individuals from hospitality or retail and develop you into becoming a high performing Lettings Negotiator. We will even put you through relevant industry qualifications to make sure you are at the top of your game! That said if you have Property or Lettings experience we would be happy to hear from you too!

You will be working on a portfolio of high end, high spec, city centre apartments, proactively promoting them to prospective tenants, conducting viewings and signing up new tenancy agreements. Working with a high profile developer you will have direct access to some of the best property stock in Manchester and will relentless in your drive to secure new tenants.
This role will involve a high degree of phone and face to face work so you must be a strong communicator with the ability to build rapport, engage customers and deliver a exceptional customer service. A high degree of organisation is also key to ensure you juggle a busy workload and achieve your targets.
