Job Description:
Role: Accounts Assistant
Location: City of London
Salary: Up to £30k + study support & benefits
Robert Half are currently working with a market leading management services firm based in central London.
They are looking to hire a talented Accounts Assistant to join their high-performing finance team.
This role will be hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office.
Role
The accounts assistant role has exposure to a variety of responsibilities and will be working closely with the Associate Director.
It is a progressive role in a company that really invests in their staff! It will suit an ambitious individual looking to build a successful career in finance.
Key duties include:
* Accounts receivable, billing, and credit control.
* Accounts payable and expenses.
* Bank reconciliations.
* Resolving queries.
* Exposure to month end processes from the beginning.
* Assisting the team with ad hoc duties.
Profile
The ideal profile for this progressive Accounts Assistant role, should have the following attributes:
* 6-12 months accounting experience.
* Enthusiastic and ambitious.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Open to Uni Grads or AAT school leaver profiles.
