Estate Operative / Cleaning and Maintenance - Canary Wharf - £28k - (7:30 - 19:30) 4 on 4 off

A well established high end property management company is looking for a Estate Operative for a new luxury development soon to be open

You will join a new team in keeping the development in great condition and your duties will be mostly focused on the exterior and grounds of the development.

Your duties will include


* Undertaking very basic repair works
* General yard and common area maintenance including sweeping, pressure washing and polishing
* Maintaining bin and storage areas
* Assisting with parcel deliveries and collections
* General upkeep of the buildings and surrounding areas
* Reporting of any issues and incidents to management for prompt resolution
