Radley Green are partnering exclusively with a fast-growth Facilities Management business based in Central London.
The business is privately owned and has grown to £45m revenue and as such the business needs a Finance Director to come on board to drive controls and processes across finance, manage and develop a team of 10 and implement and develop analysis across the business to drive commercial decision making.
The business has grown from £20m in 2021 to £45m revenue currently and this newly created role will work with senior management on all commercial aspects of the business including bids, driving revenue and looking for cost efficiencies.
This role will pay £110k-£120k plus bonus, LTIP, private health and hybrid working (3 days in the office)
The responsibilities include:
* Management and development of Finance team of 10
* Reviewing and developing all existing finance systems, processes and controls
* Working with SLT to implement full commercial support from Finance team including bid proposals and full commercial analysis of business performance.
* Own full cost review and drive efficiencies across the business
* Manage outsourced IT function including managing relationships, cost and performance review.
* Manage review and implementation of new Finance ERP across business.
Candidates must be/have:
* A background in Facilities management or related industry
* Proven experience working in a fast-growth SME
* Experienced Finance director with proven experience managing a large team
* Experience of adding value through commercial analysis
* Experience developing Financial Controls and processes
* Experience managing an IT function
