SALARY: £38,000 - £55,000

THE ROLE:
Looking for a fresh challenge with exposure to interesting and engaging work? Our highly regarded client is currently looking for an experienced fitness to practice lawyer to join the team on a 6-month contract with scope to be extended. In this role, you will be working on investigations into professional misconduct cases, assessing evidence to draft and finalise allegations and case reports. The experienced Regulatory Lawyer will be working alongside permanent team members to process and investigate a wide range of complaints regarding the conduct of professionals within the field

THE CANDIDATE:
This role is well suited to an experienced regulatory lawyer with significant experience within healthcare regulation matters. We welcome applications from Solicitors, Barristers and non-qualified individuals who can demonstrate at least 3 years of fitness to practice casework experience. This role will involve managing a caseload of complex cases to draft and finalise allegations. You will have proven experience of case handling as well as the ability to analyse and assess a large quantity of information and collate in an organised manner. This role requires excellent prioritisation and meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding drafting skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, your enviable skills will allow you to quickly become a key member of this team.
