We are proud to be partnering with a leading manufacturing company in South Manchester. They are looking for a HR Business Partner to be the sole HR on their Manchester site. This is a multisite company and has a strong SLT on site, that you will work next to and the wider SLT to complete the day to day HR operations and meeting the HR strategic business goals.
Title: Senior HR Business Partner
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + 10% bonus + 25 Holiday days
Contract: 12 / 18 Month FTC
Work model: Flexible - 4 days on site, 1 day from home
Experience needed: 6 + years within a similar role, CIPD L7 or degree, Change Management, Complex ER, Engagement, Project work, Line manager coaching, Restructure.
Your day to day will be supporting the Global HR Director rolling out strategic HR projects, dealing with the HR issues across a team 50 + employees and being the main point of contact.
